Something different for our community of Sound Designers here! We’ve taken another classic animation from the creative folk at Blender Foundation and put together a great bundle of files for you.

Two amateur art critics meet in a gallery and argue passionately about the pieces they see, causing chaos for everyone else, until finally they find a piece on which they can agree…

The project was directed and written by Beorn Leonard, designed by Sarah Laufer and realized by the whole crew at the Blender Institute.

The animation is approximately three and a half minutes long and the download is approximately 186MB and includes the following:

1. A completely silent version of the animation, to enable you to create something from scratch
2. A version of the animation including the voices but without all other sound design elements
3. A collection of sound design assets which you can use to add to either of the above files. Alternatively you can, of course, source or create your own assets from scratch.

We’ve made it available for download here and we’d love to hear what you do with it!

Remember to share your work with our community, for free, on The Cue Tube here and choose the category ‘sound design’ so that we can find it!  If you’d like to make it available for composers to add music to, please let us know, we’d be delighted.
